Police are investigating an accident that sent a nine-year-old Tampa boy to the hospital. According to TampaBay.com Guillermo Rosales was speeding; ran a stop sign before he crashed into a house where a young boy was sleeping on a couch. Police are still investigating to see if 17-year-old Rosales was; driving drunk at the time of the crash.
Joseph Vanhouse was asleep in his N Orleans Avenue home when Rosales ran a stop sign, hot a parked car in front of the house and rammed into the Vanhouse home. Joey was taken to the hospital and is listed in good condition despite a skull fracture suffered in the crash. No charges have been filed in the case yet as police wait on toxicology reports.
